 Rather than chasing the novel for its own sake, every effort is put into exploring the ancient practices – drying, fermenting, salting and smoking. At Gem42 we follow  the seasons and what they bring forth, transforming ancient culinary tradition into modern delicacies.Hence our motto  "Tradition in Evolution"

Simple Genuine Tastes

As the seasons change, so too do our menus. Each tasting menu is designed to rotate with the seasons…

 

Spring Menus 20th March 2023 - 21st June 2023

Summer Menus 21st June 2023 - 23rd September 2023

Autumn Menus 23rd of September 2023- 31st December 2023

Winter Menus 1st January 2023- 19th March 2023

 

Our Chefs have created a biodynamic vegetable garden, where the aromatic herbs/micro-herbs and vegetables are grown and used in the dishes of our menus.

Our menus showcase  modern Italian and French Cuisine, with Japanese influence 

At Gem42, you will be guided by our chefs who are on hand to present each dish. Please allow an average of 3 hours for the complete experience.

Our wine-pairing and fermented teas, are designed to highlight each dish, making sure to perfectly complement this experience.
