RESERVATION ONLY .
· Menu Choices & Dietary Needs are required on booking confirmation.
· Due to the size of the bar it will not be in use for guests.
· Reservations will be shown directly to their table.
· Multiple hand sanitiser stations will be set up for guests and staff alike.
A deposit payment per person is required at the time of reservation
Please Note that we will be unable to offer refunds in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of a booking or a no-show.
Outside Food and Drink Policy
To ensure the highest standards of quality, food safety, and customer experience, we kindly inform all guests that only food and beverages prepared and served by Gem42 Restaurant may be consumed on the premises.
The consumption of any outside food or drink, including items brought from other establishments or homemade products, is strictly prohibited within the restaurant.
We reserve the right to refuse service or request the removal of any external items that do not comply with this policy.
