Organic infused oil and Salts

Every bottle and jar in our shop is made by hand in the Gem42 kitchen, using the same organic ingredients and the same care we bring to every plate we serve.

Herbs, leaves and aromatics are infused, dried or blended at their peak to capture flavours you simply won't find on a supermarket shelf  from the delicate, coconut-like perfume of fig leaf to the deep umami of Welsh laver bread.A drizzle or a pinch is all it takes to bring a little of the Gem42 kitchen to your table.
